Homewares:
- Free shipping on orders over $1,000 (excludes XL Ginger Jars)
- Additional charges may apply for larger items due to size, weight, and fragility

Standard Service: 2-5 business days via NZ Courier Post and Post Haste
Tracking: Provided via email once your parcel is collected

Fashion Items:
- Free DHL Express shipping on orders over $350
- AUD $20 flat rate for orders under $350
All Australian orders shipped under $1000 are exempt of GST or duties.
Homewares:
- Some large or fragile items cannot be shipped internationally
- Additional fees may apply for larger pieces
