SHIPPING + RETURNS POLICY

Shipping & delivery

Standard non-rural New Zealand fashion delivery is NZ$12 for orders under NZ$350, with free standard delivery on eligible orders of NZ$350 or more. Rural delivery is NZ$15 regardless of order value.

Australian fashion orders under AUD $350 have an AUD $25 standard delivery charge, with free delivery on eligible orders of AUD $350 or more. International fashion delivery outside Australia is NZ$60. Homewares and furniture may have separate rates and delivery restrictions.

Refunds & returns

All full-price purchases can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund within our 14-day return period from the date of purchase. Items must meet the return conditions.

For a refund or store credit, simply post your return with your order number and a note telling us which you prefer. You only need to email service@magpiestyle.co.nz first if you would like an exchange, so we can set aside your chosen garment, subject to availability.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow 4–5 days for processing. Your bank may take additional time to show the funds.

We are unable to refund change-of-mind returns that arrive soiled, dirty or clearly worn and cannot be resold. This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
