SHIPPING + RETURNS POLICY

I. New Zealand Orders

Free Shipping (Non-Rural)
Enjoy free shipping on (non-rural) orders over $350. For orders below $350, a flat $10 shipping fee applies (fashion items only).

Rural Addresses
All New Zealand rural addresses incur a flat courier charge of $12 to contribute towards courier surcharges. 

Additional Charges for Homewares
Additional shipping charges may apply for homewares due to size, weight, and fragility. Rates are calculated at checkout. 

Delivery Service and Time
We use NZ Courier Post & Post Haste for all New Zealand deliveries. Orders typically arrive within 3 - 5 days. A tracking number is provided via email upon parcel collection.

II. Australian Orders

Free Shipping
Enjoy free DHL Express shipping on orders over $350. 
For orders below $350, a flat AUD $20 DHL Express shipping fee applies (fashion items only).

Homewares Shipping Restrictions and Fees
Some homewares cannot be shipped internationally, while others may incur additional shipping fees due to size. Taxes, if applicable, are payable upon receipt.

GST and Duties
Orders up to $1,000 will not incur GST or duties. To avoid paying duties, place separate orders under $1,000. These will be shipped individually.

III. International Orders

Shipping charges are NZ$60 per order for all fashion orders worldwide.
Homewares orders will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, only smaller, lightweight homeware orders can be shipped internationally.

All international orders exclude incoming duties and charges which are to be born by the customer in your receiving country.

Delivery Service and Time
We use DHL couriers for international deliveries. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 days.

Taxes
International taxes, if applicable, are payable upon receipt.

IV. Returns Information

Full Refund Eligibility
Items ordered online or purchased in-store can be returned for a full refund, except for sale items.

Sale Items: Sale orders are final, and unfortunately no returns are accepted unless the product is deemed faulty.

Condition of Returned Items
Worn or soiled items cannot be returned. Items with foundation marks, stains, or any marks will be sent back to the purchaser.

Returns Deadline
Returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving your online order.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method upon receipt of the returned items.

Labels and Tags
Returns can only be accepted if labels and tags are intact.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any item purchased on sale, candles, diffusers, or perfumed flowers taken out of the packaging, unless found to be faulty upon arrival.
