I have looked at your sizing guide, but I am still unsure of the fit. Is there another way I can be sure?
- Yes - if you would like some advice before purchasing, please get in touch. We will then be able to advise whether the style and size is a good fit for you based on your measurements and height. Please email our wardrobe director, Bridget Hope, via the Have a Question? tab.
After purchase, how long will it take for my garments to arrive?
- In New Zealand, it will take 2 working days from order. International orders will arrive in 7-10 working days.
What if the style isn't right or it doesn't fit me?
- On arrival, should your order not be the right style or fit for you, please simply return the garment in its original condition with the tags still on for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Due to high demand in some sizes, we can not do online exchanges. To ensure you get the correct size, its more efficient to return the incorrect size and order the new size.
How long do I have to return the garment for a refund?
- You have 30 days from the date of order. The items must have the labels attached and not have been worn.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
- YES. Gift-wrapping is free of charge. Please state on your order that you would like to have your order gift-wrapped. We will also include a gift card to fill out, or we can do this if mailing to the recipient.
Do you offer an exchange or refund for Cote Noire candles and diffusers?
- Yes, but only if the product is faulty or the packaging hasn't been opened, due to the delicate nature of the packaging.
Can I exchange the clothes and accessories ordered for something else on the site and still receive free shipping?
- Yes - simply return the goods and email us here with what you would like to exchange it for. We will then send this out to you.
What are your delivery charges?
- We offer free worldwide delivery on orders over $150, and free delivery on all orders within New Zealand.
What are your international delivery charges?

What courier company do you use?
- We use NZ Courier Post for national and international deliveries.
Can I track the delivery of the goods online?
- Yes. On order fulfillment we will send you a tracking number with details of the courier's website.
